Welcome to Debbie Cohen Physiotherapy
Debbie Cohen Physiotherapy was established in Johannesburg in 1996 in Rouxville (Highlands North). A second practice was opened at the Parklane clinic, in Parktown in 1999. Since 1997 we have gone in to the Parklane and Linksfield clinics to service the hospital patients. As we have a special interest in post surgical, medical and paediatric conditions, we work closely with prominent general surgeons, gynaecologists, paediatricians and orthopaedic surgeons.
Our Story
Our patient approach is holistic; that is all patients undergo a detailed assessment to assist in establishing the source of the pain, as opposed to the site of pain. This management strategy assists in trying to prevent a recurrence of the injury. Patients are empowered to take control of their own conditions through education, and individual specific rehabilitation programs.
